Home is Where the Heart Is!

Well, I never thought it would come to this,
but we have decided to move back to
Tremonton for a few months. We have
been throwing the idea around for a few
months, but had decided to stay here to
finish out the school year. Circumstances
have now changed and I decided I didn't want
to go it alone again for 7 months. David
has to go to Little Rock for 3 months for training
and then report directly to NC to start flying.
I thought it would be nice to have some
help and to get a good Utah winter in again.
My parent's have graciously opened thier
home to my crazy little family, to include the
200 pound dog! I hope we all live through it.
We are really excited to be close to family and old
friends again. Hopefully our new home in NC will
be finished by the begining of summer so my
parent's can kick us out before they go nuts!
Thanks Mom and Dad!

Snow in Texas

My boys obviously miss snow!
They found some of that white
foam board that comes
apart and makes little white balls
that look like snow!!! They
took it apart and were having
a grand time. When I found the
mess Jaxon proclaimed "Look mama it snowed!"

This picture is post fun clean up!
That stuff is so hard to clean! It
sticks to everything.
This is Jaden (pantless) turning
the vaccume on and off to
make his brother
(who was trying to vaccume)
Super mad!

Consequences

I know this picture is nasty,
but I had to document my
Owie from yesterday's run.
I decided to wear some old
running shoes. This picture
is to remind me not to do that
again without the use of bandaids!
The worst part of the story is that
I got about 4 blocks from my house when it started to really hurt.
I decided to take my shoes off and walk in my socks the remainder
of the way. I was about to die of a heart attack (I'm still working
back up to my old running self), I was sweating like a pig and
holding my shoes. Two of my neighbors passed me and laughingly
asked if it was really that bad out there?! Needless to say, I won't
be wearing those running shoes for a while, at least not without
the use of a whole box of Band-aid's!
