Strong Boys

We went to watch the Bears play basketball
in Logan. Behind the visiting bleachers is
a big open space that the kids found to run
and play. It was Really warm in the gym
and the more my boys ran the hotter
they became ! My
mom was horrified as they began to strip
down! Just be grateful the pants are still
on! Aren't they cute, super strong boys!?!

7 Things I Hate (and Love) About You

Ok, let me start by saying I've only been back
a month, but having lived away so long I've come to
realize there are a few things I don't like about Utah.
That having been said, there are quite a few more
I really do love!! Here they are:
Things I love about Utah:
1. Family
2. Snow
3. St. George!
4. That when your children are throwing hissy fits
in public, noone wants to call Family
Protective Services on you. They just laugh and
say "been there done that!" NICE!!!! (except at Sonic in Orem!)
5. The Mountains
6. Good Friends!
7. Cream O Weber Milk!!! YUM
8. Inexpensive stuff for kids- like dance, gymnastics,
cheer, and preschool!
9. Everything is family friendly!
10. Fry sauce
11. Fredrico's pizza
12. Taco Time Ranch

Now for the things I could do without:
1. Utah drivers- everyone cuts you off, they
don't use blinkers and really SLOW people
in the fast lane!!!!!!!
2. Traffic- specifically the amount of people
who drive thier cars all at the same time in
Logan!
3. Smog
4. That Tremonton is really far from everything!
5. The road into my parents neighborhood. I'm going
to have to have my wheels realligned.

House for Sale!

So I have to put in a shameless plug for my house
in San Antonio. If any of you reading this know anyone
who needs a really cute house in San Antonio, give me a
call! We are suddenly on a time crunch since we are
breaking ground on our new home in North Carolina
next week! We are really excited, but a little stressed
at the same time. I need to get rid of a house fast! you
can find out house on the web at Realtor.com, MLS #
758620. thanks!

The Ranch!

One of the greatest things about being in Utah
is that my kids get to spend time at the Ranch!
Great Papa got the loader out and let the kids ride!
The best part is that we found a really stinky silage
pile for him to dump them out on! The kids couldn't get
enough! They had a blast! Thanks so much to Great
Papa for taking us to the Ranch! Love you Great Papa!

Christmas 2008

I know I'm a little behind in posting this, but it
was a such a fun morning I had to make sure it
got on the blog. The kids were so fun to watch.
It was so fun to have Chandi's family with us too.
We were really blessed and had a
wonderful holiday!

Tonsils

This is Chloe and Jaxon on Tonsilectomy day.
They were both pretty brave. The Tremonton
Hospital was great. They helped the kids get into
these very stylish PJ's, gave them a packet of super
fun games and toys and they even both got darling
fleece quilts that the local YW made. Both kids are doing
great. Healing nicely. Jaxon is still talking a little
funny. We hope it subsides soon. He sounds really funny!
David was already gone to AR so my amazing dad stayed
with us at the hospital. thanks Dad!! We love you!

Snow and Tonsils

We are having a great time here in The Great
State of Utah! It was wonderful to spend
Christmas with our families! We brought
in the New Year bowling and boxing
on the Wii,(may I add that I kicked my
hubbies trash at boxing!) and playing card games.
The best thing, is that it has snowed and snowed
and snowed!!! (pictures to come!) The kids love to
be outside sledding and 4-wheeling with gmpa!
My kids still have a hard time understanding
that they can't go outside without shoes or coats,
but they're getting better! Other news:
I am now officially a brunette!
David is on his way to training.
Chloe started school at my Elementary Almamater.
Jaxon and Chloe had thier tonsils out
yesterday!!!!! Finally!!! Both of them did
Great! Jaxon put up a Good fight going in
(thank heaven for bubble gum flavored
anesthetic gas!!), but came out really well.
Jaxon is up and running at full
speed today. Chloe is still a little sore, but
getting better. Did I mention her tonsils
were HUGE!!!! so some soreness was to be
expected!
We hope you all had a fantastic Holiday Season!
